of the biggest joys in my life is to dance. The best place for me to
do that in Boca is at American Dancesport Center (ADC.) Whether I am
teaching, practicing with my partner Jimmy or taking a coaching
session with Bradley, it is a place where I experience true
happiness.
There are few things that we do in our lives that require total concentration and the need to exclude all outside distractions. I always say - “check it at the door” because when you come into the studio you need to be 100% in the moment. Janis and Bradley have created an environment that is truly welcoming.
Dance offers a variety of benefits that are both physical and mental. Whether you are 7 or 100 ADC has a curriculum for you. If you are new to dance or a bit rusty with your patterns or technique, one of the team will guide you through.

There is nothing I love or enjoy as much as ballroom dancing. It brings a euphoric peace that I cannot get from anything else. The outside world ceases to exist whenever I am at your studio. I always take something away with me every time I leave American Dancesport Center.
All the instructors at ADC pride themselves with top notch instructions and close personal relationships that I have personally witnessed and experienced. Whether it's a beginner dancer or an aspiring professional, your studio has the experience to bring out the absolute best in everyone.
The level of coaching Margo Brown and I receive from Brad Miller (Master Instructor/Owner) is on the highest level yet the atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly.
ADC has become a big part of my life and big part of my family. Not only have I become a ballroom competitor and instructor, I love every minute I am there.....
Brad and Janis Miller along with the rest of the ADC staff are just so warm and encouraging. Being part of this studio and having Brad as our coach has been such a great decision for my partner and I. Brad is Boca's best kept secret!!!
The ADC studio is a great place to gain a bunch of new friends as well as the confidence to just get out there and do something you have never done before in your life.
